Hello hello.
I adopted the name Chubbles a few months ago, when a friend of mine was trying to make up words. It kind of caught on ever since.
I’m 14 and still trying to make it through the end of the school year at the moment.
A couple decades ago, my city was known as the City of Lights. Now, us kids can’t even think it possible and often laugh at the old nickname.
People here are ruled over by the mob, riots and protest take place all around the city every other day and someone or the other from our government goes off to party in Paris or where ever.
Growing up in such an environment where the problems that me and my city folk face are discussed and argued over, I’ve become really passionate about becoming a lawyer one day. But along with the dream of getting into Oxford, I also want to write.
This passion reached out to me a few years ago, when I was attending a summer camp at a well known arts academy in my city. I had taken Creative Writing, Photography and Web Designing as my three courses. Although Photography turned out boring and we couldn’t accomplish much in the three weeks for Web Designing. As for Creative Writing, something that I had never given much attention to before, the confidence provided and assurances given by our teacher was marvelous. I felt like I could take my terrible writing skills further and improve myself even more.
And so I found Blogspot.
I will be posting my own attempts at writing terribly and try to learn more through other inspirational blogs that I have found.
